I was told at *** garage that the computer on my truck showed that the check engine light was reset at Tim Short's before I bought the truck. I have never gotten to speak to anyone with authority. Today I have called numerous times, once told there was no one named ***** worked there., had numerous hangups and when I called last was told ***** was at lunch, I have found out that ***** is a salesman. I have been waiting months to have this problem resolved. for 10/3/22, got a call from "*****" asked me to reschedule for today due to no loaner available. I called 2 wks ago and asked to speak to a manager, I was connected with someone named ***** who said he was the manager of Finance and could he help me. Called Tim Short's was told they were super busy and call back later. I had the coil replaced and again engine light came on, thought part defective, replaced once again. Had it checked at ******* ****, computer said coil #1 misfiring. Within two wks the check engine light came on.
